We are absolutely delighted to announce our Estate Management department Manager Sally Poulter (nee Griffen) has successfully sat and passed The Property Institute Level 2 qualification in Leasehold Management.

The exam is made up of 5 modules, covering the 4 core elements of a residential property management professional’s training.  An Introduction to Leasehold Property Management for Assistant Building Managers and on-site staff, legal framework in Leasehold Property Management, Health and Safety in Property Management, Customer & Consumer in Property Management and Ethics and Behaviours in Property Management.

Sally is an Affiliate member of The Property Institute.
