Sian commenced her career in the property sector in 2005 before setting up her own successful property management company, Silk Lettings, in 2016.
Base Lockwood acquired Silk Lettings in 2019 and Sian joined the team as our Property Manager, taking care of all out of office duties such as inventory preparation, video tours, photography, end of tenancy inspections and viewing appointments.
In late 2023 Sian was promoted to the role of Office Manager, continuing the duties as above together with overseeing the smooth running of the office.
Sian holds Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA).
