Jonathan began his career in the late 1990’s working in both residential sales and lettings.
In the early 2000’s he decided to specialise in residential lettings, and set up his own company in 2010 prior to Base Lockwood being formed. He holds the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHM), an Associate member of the Property Consultants Society (APCS), an Executive member of the National Association of Inventory Professionals (ENAIP) and an Affiliate of The Property Institute.
Jonathan’s key role in the business is advising clients on legislation, appraising properties for letting, block and site management, client remittance and social media.
