Base Lettings & Management Ltd was set up in 2009 with the principal objective of positioning ourselves as market leaders by providing an outstanding level of service to both landlords and tenants.

We boast a proven track record within the residential lettings industry, and aim to deliver a dynamic forward thinking approach, yet remain professional with utmost focus given to delivering the exacting service our clients require.

We successfully expanded into new office space in 2012, still located at 453 High Street, and took on a new look and more room for business. After nearly 3 years of trading out of our original offices, the new expansion not only means a more spacious and welcoming office, but new facilities have also been provided with a private meeting room for clients and tenants to utilise.

The refit and expansion has more than doubled the size of our main office, and gained us extremely positive feedback from customers who embrace the relaxing yet functional look.

As a company, we are proud to hold Corporate Membership of the Guild Of Letting and Management and are members of the Federation of Small Businesses.

In addition, our staff hold individual membership to the Property Consultants Society.
